Here at the Fremantle Trust we are always learning, and we are actively seeking your feedback to help with this.

Some of our residents, their relatives and our staff have worked with Healthwatch Bucks to design two surveys that capture people’s experiences in care homes during the coronavirus situation.

There are two surveys - one for residents and their families to share their experiences, and another one for staff to give their perspective.

This is a fantastic opportunity to let us know what we have done well, what we could have done differently and what we can learn from. It should only take about 10 minutes to complete, and is completely anonymous.

The surveys will be open until 7pm on Monday 17th August.

Please do take the time to complete the survey and help us reflect on and learn from the past few months. The more feedback we get the better!
