From 27 June 2022, The Fremantle Trust residential and nursing care homes across Buckinghamshire will be opening their doors to the public in celebration of Care Home Open Week.
Alongside the events listed below provided by our individual homes, each service taking part will also have staff on hand to provide show rounds, answer any questions and give you a better picture of what life is like within a Fremantle Trust care home.
With this only being the second year that the celebration has extended to a week, it gives our homes the perfect opportunity to show you what we do best, so please take a look at the list below, give your chosen service a call and come and see us for Care Home Open Week.
Chesham Leys will be hosting a community tea party and will give a snapshot of the home by playing a ‘Day in the life of Chesham Leys’ video in the foyer or garden depending on the weather.
