Fremantle’s Connect service provides the assistance and support for those who wish to continue living in their own home. We offer a bespoke service and personalised care plans for people with all types of support requirements.

We can help with as much or as little as you need, when you want it, how you want it.

Fremantle  Connect  staff  are  supported  by  an  excellent  and  caring management team,  and  together  with  our  long  standing  experience  in  health  and social care, we provide all the tools necessary to allow staff  to give that bespoke  "one to one” support we pride ourselves on.
