Two of our Apprentices now have full time positions within our Barnet homes

Seven years go The Fremantle Trust started an Apprentice scheme in partnership with the NHS, to help people interested in the Nursing and Care Sector. This scheme would allow candidates not only to have a hands on approach in the sector that they have a passion for, but also to obtain the qualifications needed to excel.

The Fremantle Trust has witnessed many success stories and the scheme has seen many candidates grow and flourish.

 Two of our Apprentices, Scott Brent and Danni Tyrell now have had promotions within two of our homes in Barnet.

Danni has now started her position as Assistant Manager at Meadowside and is thoroughly enjoying it, all comments from fellow colleagues have been positive "Danni has a very pro active approach, she is caring and perfect for the role" "She is very adaptable and charismatic and a real joy to work with"

Scott will be starting as Night Care Officer within Meadowside on 20.02.2012 and has obtained his NVQ level 2 and 3. Colleagues of Scott have nothing but positive things to say about him "He is a very caring, thoughtful and empathetic person “He is a complete asset to the team" were just a few of the comments made.

The Fremantle Trust is very proud of this programme and will continue to help people pursue the careers they wish to.
