Supported Living Services
Our supported living services provide individual, tailored support at specifically agreed times of day to people in their own homes, affording them a greater level of independence.
Supported Living Options
- Shared houses
- Individual apartments - within purpose built apartment blocks, usually with a communal area/flat
- To individuals in the community
The people using our services are living in their own homes, usually as tenants of a housing association. With the first two types of service Fremantle staff are on-site 24 hours a day and provide individual support at specific times and/or with specific tasks.
Where we provide services to people who live in the wider community we visit them at agreed times of the day. As Fremantle staff are not in situ all the time, emergency phone numbers are provided in case of additional, or urgent need.

Currently provides services to 19 individuals
Cressex Supported Living Service
Currently provides services to 28 individuals
Desborough Supported Living Service
Currently provides services to 22 individuals
Milton Keynes Supported Living Service
Currently provides services to 28 individuals
Chesham Supported Living Service
Currently provides services to 21 individuals
Currently all of the places in supported living are under contract to Local Authorities and places are allocated by their Social Services departments.
