October 1992
- 17 homes transferred from Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) and The Fremantle Trust is formed

1993
- A further 23 homes are transferred from BCC - Fremantle now 1000 staff and 1000 residents

1994
- The Minister for Health visits homes in Aylesbury

1995
- A 3 year programme of investment in building refurbishments is started

1996
- Fremantle's Workskills Project is launched, providing work experience for people recovering from mental health problems as an alternative to more traditional forms of day care

1997
- Fremantle establishes a Quality Audit system to listen to views of service users, staff, families and other professionals about the quality of care provided

1998
- Investors in People award achieved
- Cotswold Cottage learning disability home opened

1999
- Sancroft Hall, Harrow Older People's home opened, first home to have specialist Asian Elder care groups
- Fremantle's own NVQ Assessment Centre is established

2000
- The NVQ Assessment Centre is awarded an ESF grant

2001
- Fremantle is announced as Edexcel Employer of the Year
- Eleven homes in the London Borough of Barnet are transferred to Catalyst Housing Association, Fremantle is contracted to provide care services to 370 residents with 400 staff

2002
- Fremantle now runing 55 homes with 1500 staff

2003
- Two brand new homes opened in Barnet to replace old properties
- A new home at Farnham Common, Bucks is started
- Fremantle's first Supported Living flats started

2004
- 2000 people using Fremantle services
- Project Care agreed between Fremantle, BCC and Housing Solutions Group. A 10-year project whereby all of the old services in Buckinghmshire for older people and people with a learning disability would be re-provisioned with brand new buildings to facilitate even better personalised care and increase supported living services for people with a learning disability.

2005
- Fremantle establishes a Dementia Care Development Group and training in Dementia Care Mapping
- Apthorp Lodge inBarnet completed, another new home and Day Centre replacing older buildings
- Lady Elizabeth House Extra Care opened for 29 tenants
- A user led Health and Safety group is started in supported living schemes
- Training in person-centred planning introduced for all staff

2006
- Meadowside, Barnet home and Day Centre opened replacing older buildings
- Building work starts on the first new Project Care home in Bucks
- Fremantle celebrates 10 years of its Workskills Project
- Dementia Care Champions appointed in every Older People's home

2007
- Fremantle wins Buckingham Ambassadors Award for Quality and Skills
- Ten years of Investors in People
- Cherry Garth is Fremantle's first care home to introduce a nursing service
- Fremantle achieves ISO 9001:2000 quality accreditation
- Lewin House, Aylesbury, first new Project Care Older People's Home with nursing opens in November
- Three new Project Care buildings underway
- Introduced a new Manager Development Programme
- Fremantle's Apprentice Scheme started in Barnet

- Two new Project Care homes open, The Heights, High Wycombe a care home with nursing and Icknield Court, Princes Risborough
- Fremantle wins contract for six learning disability homes in Bedfordshire for 38 people, quality audits carried out, improvements identified and plans put in place to increase quality
- Apprentice Scheme introduced in Buckinghamshire
- 93% of Fremantle homes are Good or Excellent, compared with 71% nationally
- Three Barnet homes awarded 5 stars in the Scores on the Doors pilot scheme in Barnet
- First new Project Care Supported Living service opens at Beechlands Court, High Wycombe providing 16 individual flats

2009
- Three new Project Care services open:
- Carey Lodge Older Peoples' home, Wing
- Aylesbury Supported Living service for people with learning disabilities
- Cressex Supported Living service for people with learning disabilities
- New supported living service opens in Bedford at Kingsbrook Court
- Fremantle establishes FreBank in-house staff agency to reduce and eventually eliminate any reliance on external agency staff
- Fremantle launches a Dementia Care Fourum in Buckinghamshire - membership open to staff from any Buckinghamshire home
- All services in Bedfordshire now achieve Good rating (all had either adequate or poor ratings when Fremantle took over)

2010
- My Time launched in Bedfordshire - new person-centred activities and educational service
- Fifth new Project Care Older People's home opens, Sir Aubrey Ward House, Marlow
- New supported living service opens in Milton Keynes, Perrydown, replacing old communal service with new individual flats
- Fremantle Trustees sign National Care Forum (NCF) Quality First commitment
- Fremantle adopts the Gold Standard Framework for end of life care
- Fremantle and Talkback launch Nclude, a joint Social Enterprise project for people with learning disabilities in the Aylesbury area
- As part of Project Care we have successfully moved over 700 people from old services into new modern accommodation and new types of service
- We now support more people with a learning disability individually in their own homes
