Quote from Anne:

"Fremantle provides training and development opportunities to enable its staff to excel in every aspect of their role"

Anne has 28 years experience of working in social care having started her career in 1992 with Staffordshire social services. In 1994 after a move south she began working for Fremantle as a residential worker in one of its services for older people.

With the help and support from Fremantle she went on to gain qualifications in NVQ and teacher training, enabling her to open Fremantle's NVQ centre in 1999 as its Manager.

Anne oversees the management of the Training Centre, ensuring that the development and training needs of all Fremantle staff are met.
